mental block

trying to buy the pullback a few times.

breaking highs failure

breaking highs failure. nice re-entry possible on that red hammer around noon.

crazy wick around 1030 due to some greece news

what a champ. a few nice points of entry. i never took it

breaking highs. not the best

the up move, then the down move, and then the up move again. unreal

i tried breaking the highs and on a pullback.

wow, what a run up. i wasn't believing it.

bought the pullback. exited after the huge volume bar.

i passed up that purchase on the horizontal line.

ipo junk.

this actually would have been a nice trade. i was looking at the chart below all day.

stopped out as it was breaking highs. had a nice entry an hour later.

breaking highs failure.

should i say anything about this trade besides i need to lose the mental block that is stopping me from these great trades like aapl today and gs a few days ago. i had this one, no stop out, but i closed it after i was up $75 or so. i said, its not going to break 52 week highs. then it pulled back again, i should have caught that and re-entered. but i didn't see the pullback. this mofo ripped until the end of the day. i couldn't even get a point out of it. unreal.

i need to get rid of the anxiety when i am in a position. when i am in a loser i don't really feel anxiety. i feel anxiety when i have a winner, i don't want to give back any dough. i need to get this out of my head.

phenom 100

This is the reason I wasn't trading the past couple weeks. I had to fly to Tampa for Sun n Fun and setup the display for Embraer and their Phenom 100. I have spent the past 4 years traveling, usually 46 weeks a year, promoting the Embraer Executive Jet division. I would drive around the fuselage of the jet (since it wasn't flying yet) and set it up. Then the sales team would fly in and present it to their clients. Embraer treated me very well. I got to attend the Masters, Barrett Jackson Events, McCall Car Show in Monterrey, the Kentucky Derby, and many other shows. I have traveled all over the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The only states I have left to see are AK and HI.

Here is a pic of the Phenom fuselage under the trailer canopy.

This is a pic of the new Legacy 500 on 53' custom Featherlite.

tried to buy the pullback. didn't want to go back to highs

buying highs. i should have get my eyes on it after the stop out. it made a couple nice hammers where i could have taken a shot

wow! this son of a gun was breaking highs, and i got shaken out after i bought an extra 100. i went from being up $55 to being up $1 in a few seconds. i thought, this stock is acting funny, i am getting out. oops, would have been a huge winner

can you say hallelujah. whew! its been quite a while to work up to a winner like that.

i was just drawing lines after the market close to see what would have happened if i traded the different trends.

boy, i had this one pegged right before it tanked. i shorted and bought back a few times when it seemed like it was holding the $159 level. then it just plummeted and i had no shares.

nice trade as it was breaking lows. i covered because of the large volume bar on the down move. i should have gotten back in after it broke lows again. i tried shorting the pop around noon but got stopped out. i should have bought that 1230 doji. i was thinking about it but didn't pull the trigger.

shorting lows, didn't work.

i bought the pop but then closed it after seeing the huge volume spike.

back at the screens

whew! back at the screens. i thought i would dominate the market. i was watching all last week saying that was an easy move, this was an easy move, but look at me today. i definitely started trading too early and it cost me. today was a buy the pullback, not a buy the new highs around 10 am. here are the charts

i like waking up and watching the market the first hour to see what is hitting highs and lows. it gives me a slight sense of direction on some stocks. i just need to control my urge to trade that first hour.

i bought through highs. it had a nice retracement. should have rebought.

i wanted to get this one at the hammer 3 previous bar, and then it exploded. i shouldn't second guess.

shorted the dead lows on this anti money maker. looking now, i see the huge volume candle on that down move. that should have told me the move was over.

buying highs, i would probably take this trade again although the volume is high.

i was thinking it was either double top or double bottom, i went with double top, ooops, it was a double bottom.

breaking highs. stopped out. nice pullback

a ten second difference on this trade and i would have been in the money. i shorted it, it ripped immediately .50 and then dropped like a rock. i would take this trade again, next time just wait 10 seconds.

at the end of the day it looks so easy, and if you time it right, it should be. i hit my max loss limit on my account of $200 per day so i couldn't trade after 1o:30, bummer. before i left, i was doing well, at 100 a day. now, i lose 200 in 15 mins. i need to be making 200 and loss limit down 100. otherwise i am taking 1 step forward, 2 steps back.

working for the paycheck

from time to time, i get some projects sent my way. i will be working for a couple weeks in lakeland fl for an airshow. i live as cheap as i can in between the paycheck so that i can afford to trade everyday possible. trading everyday will eventually lead to me not having to go get those paychecks. i like when my friend scott posts some of his activities outside of trading, so i figured i will start posting a couple photos here and there of my travels. for 5 years i lived in hotels about 46 weeks a year traveling promoting different brands. i have many photos to show since i have traveled to every state except alaska and hawaii over the past 5 years. all paid for by my on and off again job. i will also put up the most important photos, the sites name sake, the fozzking, when i get a chance. he was one of the best dogs ever. a long haired akita that was a gentle giant to me, but would tear anyone apart who tried to harm me. exactly what i like. i'll put up a picture of my new pup, or i should say 4 year old pup. i picked him up a week ago from the pound. he is an incredible dog. besides his episode of bloody bowels the third night i had him, he has been amazing and i can tell, he just wants to be loved.

he looks great in the photos but man, he was covered in pee and stunk to high heaven before i cleaned him up. his name is o'henry harry alabaster.

breaking highs failure

breaking highs failure

breaking highs worked. cut the losses on the other two, make up for it with this trade

wow. i was afraid to get involved in this one. but it worked like a champ.

breaking lows, worked out alright. slow mover, i didn't want to focus my energy on it.

breaking highs. i closed it, it wasn't moving, don't waste my energy

boy, i wanted to get a piece of this one all morning, but i was too scared. i could have made some decent coin

i bought this as gs was breaking out, if i remember correctly. it didn't work, no biggie

wow, holy shit. the 3:30 run on aig, unreal.

i have been getting up around +100 for the past couple weeks now and then i stop. i am too afraid of losing the money. i know i need to start pushing it. unfortunately, now that i am getting the hang of it, i have to go to Florida for some consulting work for 10 days. It will take me out of the flow, but i hope not too much. i need to remember what has been working. just watching the high low ticker. in fact, i like to start watching the markets around 945 until 10:30 just to see what is moving. then those stocks are ingrained in my brain for the day. but, i need to remember, just because stocks are moving one way, doesn't mean they can't reverse. you really have to be open to any possibility. you can have 100% belief that the stocks are going higher and then boom, everything that the market told you that it was going up, now it is going down. you need to have the stops set and then get in on the other side of the market. i know i need to keep my mind open. man, it is tiring when you are really in the flow. honestly, i think i can handle 15-25 min of solid trading, watching the H/L ticker, checking charts before my mind starts to wonder and i lose focus. its just mentally draining being in the flow even for that short period. i know this can be over come just by training the brain, and i will get there.

for now, have a good couple weeks. i may trade tomorrow morning before my flight but i won't be able to post the charts.

i chickened out. i didn't want to give it much room. it is a choppy stock. that was a mistake.

this one was upsetting. i bought at a great time, set my stop, and then that bad wick caused my stop to trigger. i didn't lose any money, but the stock ran .25 in about 2 seconds and i decided not to get back in. i had planned on this being my "hold" but who knows what i would have done.

crazy. run it up, slam it down

no real reason to sell except the agada. i sell to stop my anxious feelings instead of letting the trade work.

here i was playing with some buttons, wanting to lock in profit across the board by hitting the closeout all button. it worked, but obviously this one was a champ.

not going too far. felt like a waste of time and energy

didn't get much out of it.

covered too soon.
